How to ask others to pray for you online

You can ask others to pray for you by sharing a “Please pray with me” link from Quiet Light Church. Write one short request of up to 120 characters, tick the consent box, and send the link to friends. When someone taps to pray, you are told that someone prayed. Your words are used only with your consent.

Enter the cathedral

How to do it

  1. Open the cathedral Go to church.tllhouse.com. No sign-up is needed.
  2. Open the share sheet Choose the share button and pick the “Pray with me” tab.
  3. Write one short request Up to 120 characters. Keep it simple and share only what you are comfortable with.
  4. Tick the consent box This allows your words to appear on the card. Without it, the request is not shared.
  5. Send the link Copy it or send it to friends. When they pray, you are notified that someone prayed with you.

How the invitation works

The invitation is a link to a small card page. Your friends open it and tap one button to pray with you; no account is needed for them either. You can share it through Threads, KakaoTalk, a story, or by copying the link.

Your request appears on the card only if you ticked the consent box. Nothing is posted without that tick.

Praying on your own

You can also write a prayer inside the cathedral for free, or speak with the AI pastor, with a few free conversations each day. The AI pastor is an AI and does not replace a human pastor, a doctor or a counsellor.

Scripture invites bringing our requests with thanksgiving (Philippians 4:6). No app can promise how a prayer will be answered, and we do not.

If you are in danger

Questions

Does sharing a prayer request cost anything?
No. Creating and sending the invitation link is free.
Will people see my name?
Only if you choose to include it and give consent. Your words and name are never shown without it.
Will I know who prayed?
You are told that someone prayed and how many did, not who they are.
Does prayer guarantee an outcome?
No. We offer a place to ask and to be accompanied, not a promise of results.
